Washington August 18, 2022 – The USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued a public health alert due to concerns that certain ground beef products may be adulterated. Escherichia coli O157:H7. No recall requested as the product is no longer available for purchase.

• 10 lbs. Bag containing “Ground Beef (80) Fine 10# Poly Bag” labeled “Packed 08/08/22”, “Lot 220808”, case code “0134P10”.
• 10 lbs. Vacuum sealed package containing “Ground Beef (75) Fine 10# Vac Seal” labeled “Packed 08/08/22”, “Lot 220808”, case code “130R10”.
• 10 lbs. Vacuum sealed package containing “Packed 08/08/22” on label, “Lot 220808”, “Ground Beef (80) Fine 10# Vac Seal” with case code “134R10”.
