Jake uses his TikTok account to teach his followers how to dress for any occasion, whether it’s a summer trip to Europe or a casual walk in New York City.
His followers spam every comment section requesting new styling videos be made.
He finally posted a video answering his most requested questions.
Jake offers 8 tips.
“Choose affordable, structured pieces,” he begins.
Examples of his photographs include women wearing baggy wide jeans with smooth linen button-ups.
Using a few structured pieces and whatever he has in his closet, Jake says he starts learning how to layer.
“If you look like you know how to dress yourself, you automatically look expensive,” he points out.
The basics are necessary and can be found at an affordable price.

“These basics are a must because you can wear them with thousands of different outfits. It saves you money because you don’t have to buy a new one for each outfit,” he says.

The fabric of a garment is important, and so is the silhouette it gives.
“You know in your head what looks expensive. Look for quality blazers, pants, and something that looks sophisticated,” suggests Jake.
Again, all these items can be saved.
Buying trendy clothes not only damages your bank account, but Jake believes they don’t do much to make you look extravagant.

Prices tend to skyrocket because they are trendy.
“You don’t have to have a lot of clothes. You buy less, but it’s good quality,” he suggests.
He also added:
