About roles

You are the ultimate mediator. On the client side, I have the patience to solve complex problems, talk comfortably about scope, keep projects moving forward (especially guiding clients through content collection), provide training, and anticipate future client needs. Anticipate and work hard to make their lives easier. As comfortable as a designer or developer you can create a clear brief and help your team bring the project together.

Communicate clearly and take the curveball step by step as the work unfolds. And your big-picture thinking is balanced by an eye for detail, whether it’s managing alternatives to existing projects or proofreading your site before launch.

You should have at least a year of experience in the digital space, be confident in email marketing systems such as WordPress and Campaign Monitor, and have a clear understanding of what makes great content. App experience and a degree in marketing, communication, or writing are an advantage, but more importantly, be proactive and flexible.
