Popular deli and Phoenix hotel accused of multiple health code violations

Phoenix (3TV/CBS 5) — Each week, an Arizona family examines a restaurant recently inspected by Maricopa County’s Department of Environmental Services. Restaurants with the highest number of “risk factors” deemed by inspectors to be serious health code violations are selected for the Dirty Dining Report. - Cook crab wontons grabbed with bare hands
- Raw chicken and beef preserved on top of vegetables
NY Bagels ‘N Bialys 1455 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona
4 violations
- Bacon, cheese and salmon not kept at proper temperature
- Employees break eggs and don’t wash hands properly
The Creek Patio Grill 28244 N. Tatum Boulevard, Cave Creek, Arizona
4 violations
- Lobster Chili Not Cooled Properly
- Do not dry towels in the washroom
Hue Gourmet Kitchen 66 S. Dobson Road, Mesa, Arizona
4 violations
- Two employees bus the dirty dishes and then process the food
- raw egg preserved on top of noodles
Four Points by Sheraton South Phoenix 10831 S. 51st Street, Phoenix, AZ
5 violations
- No paper towels allowed in hand washing area
- Raw eggs, cheese, and uncured ham are discarded at room temperature
- Worker handling dirty dishes and touching clean dishes without washing
