Sami Sheen has undergone another plastic surgery procedure less than one year after going under the knife for a breast augmentation.

Sami, 20, who is the daughter of actors Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, announced on Tuesday that she’d undergone a nose job. 

The OnlyFans model was treated by Beverly Hills-based surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, opting for his signature Scarless Nose Rhinoplasty procedure. 

The procedure is known for its subtlety and minimal recovery time compared to some traditional nose surgeries.

‘I’m so happy I finally did this!’ Sami gushed on TikTok. ‘Thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd, you are seriously the best surgeon out there!’

Sami said that she’d wanted the procedure done for five years and she was forced to Photoshop her selfies because her natural nose (pictured) ‘photographed horribly’

Sami also confessed that she’d been dying to get her nose done for the past five years.

‘I would have to Photoshop every single photo I took because it photographed horribly,’ she wrote.

‘Just so droopy and too big for my face,’ she continued. 

Sami said that she met with multiple surgeons before settling on Dr. Dugar for the procedure, which she had done on August 12.

‘I was so nervous but at the same time extremely excited,’ she wrote. 

‘It’s only day two of my recovery but I already feel like a new woman and I’m so happy I finally got my dream nose.’

Sami, who currently works as an OnlyFans creator, first went under the knife last year for a boob job. 

‘Spending almost $10K on a new rack just to wanna go bigger,’ she wrote on TikTok earlier this year.

Despite reportedly making a whopping $80,000 a month showing minimal skin on OnlyFans, Sami’s job has ongoing point of contention between her and her famous parents.

The Los Angeles native’s decision to refer to herself as a ‘sex worker’ online is also upsetting to Charlie and her mother.

A source told People that ‘it’s causing a lot of drama’ despite Denise, 52, knowing her daughter is ‘not a sex worker.’

‘She’s just saying outrageous things. She doesn’t even show any skin on OnlyFans,’ the insider said.

‘Sami has 4,000 followers. 

‘So she’s making $80,000 a month doing almost nothing and barely showing anything. 

‘She’s just teasing the audience.’

The source noted that Sami was ‘not really doing any nudity at all’ and was ‘just titillating people by saying that.’

Sami will soon be seen on the small screen alongside her mom, Denise, and God-fearing sister Lola in the upcoming E! reality series Denise Richards and the Wild Things.

The series is being produced by Alex Baskin of 32 Flavors, who previously worked with Denise on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
